Any good?

Are there staff on hand to assist a newbie with advice or is it like a cash n carry setup?

I usually go to the local sales - some bargains to be had. Next near me is November, but I'm in London then, otherwise it's Feb. Don't take the kids as they may just report how much you've just spent.

Most of the decent clothing and parts are no cheaper than you could get at an LBS, in fact energy stuff is cheaper in my LBS than at the sales.

For cheap tools, cables, inner tubes, etc it's not too bad.

If you're looking for mudguards, winter gloves, or lights then pop along, they're good for them as well.

The shop sells the same stuff as at the sales, but has a decent selection of shoes as well.

Well they are in York (my town) in November but alas I am working.

Was heading down the M1 today so thought it worthwhile dropping in. Its 5min off J36 M1. Very easy to find.

Bit disappointed with the amount of stock they had (visible), it's more of a shop than a warehouse. I'm sure there was much more when I visited the marqee at York cycle rally.

Spent just shy of a ton 50. Unfortunatley the reciept doesn't itemise it but from what I can remember...

I've been to their warehouse. To be honest, I was underwhelmed. Some good clothing deals to be had, but nothing like the quantity of clothing and other stuff to be had as at their one day sales.
