Cycle Maintenance Classes (Brighton or London)

Does anyone know of any good cycle maintenance classes in either Brighton or London? Preferably weekend or evening classes. A bit of googling hasn't knocked much up sadly.

I am devoid in all aspects of manual labour and need to brush up for a couple of big trips next year so if anyone has any recommendations, they'd be much appreciated.

My local Evans (the Gatwick showroom) does maintenance classes. I don't know if it's any good though.
