Does anyone know of or has had good experience with a courier or anyone who could collect a kids bike from North Yorkshire and deliver it to Berkshire? Or anyone who travels that way?
Been very badly let down by a LBS who delivered a new bike damaged, then collected it to supposedly look at the problems and are now refusing to rectify the problems or return the bike. I have to collect it.
I have a very disappointed 9 year old son who now has lost his birthday present.
