Cycle Buddy

Evening everyone.

As you can probably tell I'm new to this forum. I have recently purchased a new bike in order to start some regular road riding. I am looking at finding a 'Cycle Buddy' to enjoy some rides with. Can anyone recommend a good app or website for finding a buddy.

Welcome aboard. Have you looked in the informal ride section on the forum? Maybe worth joining one, then seeing who cycles on a similar schedule to yourself . Good luck

Sky rides web site is a good start to joining other cyclists on local organised rides

EDIT: I just did a search for members in a 5km area from my postcode and it came up with 240-odd cyclists. Obviously a London address will have made for bigger numbers but I was surprised that there were so many.

Hi Mitchell,
We signed up for a sky ride, and when we turned up it was a fairly new cycle club in a nearby town. We joined up and have not looked back since.
