I've never managed to pump up a tyre with that pump...but that probably says more about me

Lezyne ftw - oozes class!

Got that saddle bag too, not the best shape, but most are awkward IMO to be fair!

Topeak are great bags....I have one on the MTB.
I can't comment on the pump but the multi-tools are fine. I carry a basic one and it's done the job.

The saddle bag is the one I use and does what it says on the tin. I prefer Lezyne pumps. I have one of the multi tools you link to, it's okay, but the tyre levers are flimsy and one of mine snapped when trying to get a Gatorskin off. I have Lezyne multi tool and park tyre levers now.

they all look like sensible options to me. The aero Wedge bags are great, medium should be fine for multi tool and inner tube plus a few extras. The pump look like it might actually work, really cheap ones are a waste of money. The multi tool will probably do most of what you need for a roadside misshap, although sometimes I just take a couple of alen keys. I have the Topeak Alien, but this might be a bit OTT and is quite heavy but a lovely bit of kit.

Much prefer co2 for speed and high pressure for roadside punctures.

I always carry a mini pump too wuth me incase that fails.

Gatorskins have managed to bend one of my Park Tool levers.

I would imagine at 20 odd quid the pump will be fine for emergencies, although I do have a Lezyne one but haven't needed to use it yet. I am sure it will get adequate pressure to get you home.
Also, I always carry a spare set of tyre levers, I mean at that weight it's not much of a issue to stick them in your pocket. Unless I am just a bit clumsy and heavy handed it doesn't seem uncommon to snap the odd lever!
