We have a gas Aga style cooker. The ovens don't heat up evenly. I have just rotated a choccy sponge cake to stop one side burning, and it's gone phloomph :biggrin:

This year I was finding it hard to cut up my daughters birthday cake ... it wasn't until I had cut about half of it that I realised that I had left one circle of silicone paper on the cake... luckily strong stuff that slid out as I cut each slice, and I was then able to pull out in one peice:blush::biggrin::blush:.

You could maybe get a few hundred grand from Tate Modern for it if you pretend it is some sort of comment on society.
