Following on from another thread, i'm now getting conflicting information on what size bike to go for from different retailers (that include LBS's)

So, those of you that own a Cube Road Bike, how tall are you and what size bike have you got?

If there's more to sizing/geometry on a road bike - specifically a Cube, please let me know, but i've been advised by one shop a 58" is fine (as per other brands) but by another to go for a 60" as a Cube's sizing is different etc. (I'm 6"2 & 33" inside leg)

Rather than look at this advise i'd like to hear from people that actually ride and own them if possible.

Cheers!

My mate is 6 foot 2, he just got sized up on a Cube road bike and the LBS said he needed a 58". He ordered it, then got really paranoid it would be too small for him, however on arrival there were no problems at all.

Hi

Cube bikes def come up small, if it's any good to you I'm a 54 on a Spech but a 53 on my Cube with small adjustments ( longer stem, seat heighten slightly ) and I'm 5,8" so I reckon a Cube 58 sounds about right.

Hope this helps

I am 5'11'' with 30'' inside leg and normally am a 56'' frame. I tried the Cube Attempt 56'' and found it too small and even the assistants at Tredz agreed. The 58'' frame was a much better fit.

I think more than anything i've got to try both 58 and 60. I don't want to be left with arse up, head down especially as i'm not looking for a bike with that sort of geometry.

Many thanks guys.
