I was hoping to have my new 2012 Cube Cyclocross by the end of this month, or at the latest, the first week of November. Just as the excitement was starting to build, I took a call from my LBS yesterday, advising me that the delivery date in to the UK, for the bike was now going to be late November, or early December

I was hoping to get a few runs in before the snow gets here.

Oh well, I suppose "2012" means just that !

Which one are you getting? I recently bought the 2011 X-race Pro, which I got in the sales for £300 off the ticketed price. Awesome bike, I love it to bits, and it's not skipped a beat in 4 races so far this season, where it gets a fair bit of punishment.

Might be worth looking around for 2011 bikes, unless you're irreversibly committed to this purchase. I know I couldn't stand the wait

As far as I can see the only difference between 2011 and 2012 X-race's are the graphics.

Cheers all

VamP - I went for the 'Cross Race' as the boss lady has me on a budget of sorts. If I sold the Scott, I could have gone for the better spec, but I want to keep the Scott and the spec on this one is more than enough for my level of riding.

You never know, if I enjoy the CX, I may end up with a road bike at some point.

November or December? You were lucky.

I ordered my Cube Peloton Race Triple on the Cycle2work scheme, have got the vouchers, and the LBS has rung me to tell me it may well be January before they get one to him.

There are no 2011 Attempts left in stock anywhere, which I'd have settled for, except for one, and that is a compact double. As a fat bloke on a big hill I'm afraid I've opted for a triple.
