we think we have settled on one each, these ones

Got a Cube road bike, very pleased with it. Am considering new. Cube right up there. go for it I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

have to add the guy from Skinnergate cycles was really helpful... credit where its due!

I've just got a Cube Attempt road bike compact and it's fantastic....only gripe is that the chain slips when it's on the lowest gear (largest cog on cassette) but I'm sure it's a case of a simple adjustment. Very happy with it otherwise, comfortable and stylish.
