I was delighted to find out over New Year that I had won a 2013 Cube Agree GTC in a competition. It is Tiagra equipped with Cube wheel set and Easton bars, stem and seatpin. I generally ride a 50cm bike but the prize was a 53cm which in actual fact fits pretty well.

What's your opinion on the bike having always ridden aluminium do you think I'll cope with a carbon fibre ride albeit a bottom end quality wise.

I am your Father
Cube bikes - very good quality & highly regarded (by me at least).
Plan to buy a Cube Peloton on C2W scheme asap (aluminium frame/carbon fork).
Your bike is not bottom end -
Full carbon monocoque frame/carbon forks - 10 speed Shimano Tiagra is very good (not the lightest) but still very good.
Well worth looking after & should you wish to - as parts start to wear out, you can upgrade a little spec wise -
Lighter faster wheels/tyres.
Carbon bars.
Light weight aluminium stem of high quality.
I did these basic upgrades on my bike & will do the same on the next too.
You can offset the cost of your upgrades by selling your used parts (big market for this).

Enjoy your new bike.
