crud roadracer mkII pilestrip

so, on the crud website it says you can buy replcement brushes (pilestrip) from B&Q.

went to B&Q today and couldn't find any - asked several assistants and they all asked me what it is for - I didn't say mudguards!

So, my question: what is it usually used for and what section of B&Q can I find it in?

Send a stamped slef addressed envelope to Crud and they'll post some out to you.

What happened to the original ones though? Mine have lasted over a year on my mark one Cruds and aren't really worn..

Crudcatcher warning don't take the bike in the house by lifting it up on to the back wheel and wheeling it in that way

Did that yesterday and the back of the mudguard caught the bottom of the door frame and snapped

To answer the op they are draught excluders and come on rolls, so expect to buy quite a length of it ! !

This has been discussed not so long ago and it was discovered B&Q no longer have them .

Fell off, one day it was there, next day it wasn't.

It's a roll of draught excluding tape, I bought some the last year for a draughty door in work, it is about £5 per roll though, and you'll only need 4".

You cant they have a link to B&Q for them which says its out of stock, i bought a roll earlier in the yera i will have a look in the garage when i get chance to see if i can find it i have shite load left.

I ended up glueing mine on as they kept falling off

I'm just about to buy 5m of the stuff for £4!

Does anyone know the height of the brushes eg. 4mm, 6mm or 10mm? Probably not 10mm!
