A bit of stick flicked up under my front mudguard breaking the blade.they are designed to break as a better alternative to jamming the wheel.

Was pleased to find out that crud will replace any broken bits for the cost of the postage.Nice one Crud.

1St ride with mine one of the brushes fell off

I checked the website and apparantly you buy them from B&Q, they are single insulation strip`s.Now resorted to gluing it on .

Done a few hundred winter miles with mine and really pleased.Rider stays very clean bike much cleaner than without.(bottom bracket area still gets dirty but I am looking at ways to overcome this)

My replacement bits arrived within 3 days of me posting off the stamps for the postage. They tell you on the website how many large first class stamps to send for each component.(large stamps are dearer than normal first class).

I am pleased with the guards and delighted with the aftersales service.

+1 for the service. I intend to fit a set to my ride and while researching the mudguards I was very pleased to see that if someone had a problem on a forum, the owner of McCrud came on the forum and gave answers/solutions to the problems. So refreshing to see someone who believes in good old fashioned service.
