Very windy here too but worked out a route that made the most of the tailwind. Bloody hardwork when against it though.

I did 30km today but it's meltin' hot here. Too hot actually. I don't seem to sweat on the bike because of air circulation but as soon as I stop it's embarrassing. I turn into a fountain

I did 25 miles strong winds and a headwind up Holme Moss.

As long as I breathe, I attack.
Very windy here , but mainly from the after affects of stomach bug , off the bike all week and next as well due to annual visit to the wet and cold seaside event next week.

It was the headwind that did for me, I'm only up to 6 miles and thought better of it.

Went to visit my mum, she is in a care home in Chorley, quite flat from here to there. Went the other way home through Abbey Village and over the top to Belmont. The wind was horrendous climbing up onto the moors. 39 blooming hard miles my knees are suffering

Headwind the entire way home, and decided to extend my cycle. I was aiming for 25 miles, but I canned it at 22. Too much of a headwind and too many road works around my house to keep going. Still, my longest outing yet. Managed a 14-15mph average until I got to the city centre though. It went downhill from there.
