Creeking Noise....Advice please

Hi All,

Just went out on a bike ride and came back with a nasty noise. I recorded a video and uploaded it to Youtube....what do you think its from and how can i fix it?

List is endless mate im afraid. Start with the obvious head set/stem bolts then saddle seat post pedals thats just for starters lol

Thanks for the quick replies. The noise is coming from what seems like the crank arm/pedals when putting force down on them. If this helps locate problem at all?

I had the same sort of experience and my pedal threads where drier than the desert. However when your pedaling your putting pressure on the cranks,pedals,bars,seat etc etc so you have a big list to go through @smokeysmoo 's link is very sound advice IME.
