I have had a Brooks B17 for a couple of years and it has developed a creak when I sit on it. It is rather like the sound of an old armchair. I tried greasing the rails but that didn't work. Any suggestions?

If you go to the Brooks website, they market a special wax to brush into the leather. Perhaps it just needs some TLC?

Oil or light grease on the nose-bolt threads, then work the bolt back and forwards a bit (to spread the oil/grease on the threads). Repeat every 12 months (or so)

That might do it - I'll try later, thanks.
