Creak coming from somewhere

I know this must be the most asked question of all time but I have a creak and it's harder to find than Lord Lucan , it's a cannondale synapse aluminium 2013 I've changed the bb , the headset bearings , I've taken the seat post out and cleaned and fitted and tightening, tightenined the pedals are newish , tightenined the hanger and rear derailleur.......am I missing a possible source of creaking

Pedalling or freewheeling? Standing on the pedals or sitting? Working hard or taking it easy? Spinning or straining?

How tight is the QR for the rear wheel?

Try taking apart the Stem Clamp, lightly greasing and refitting.

Sheldon took apart the bike then put it back together one piece a time, until the creak then bingo the last added part was the cause.

I had an annoying creak that only happened when pedalling hard and it turned out to be a QR that wasn't tight - opened it up, added less than a quarter turn of the skewer, closed it up and no more creak.

My Cannondale has creaked three or four times. Once it was the BB, which you say you have changed. The other occasions the seat rails and seat post were the culprits.
The items were removed completely, cleaned and a light smear of grease applied before refitting. That sorted the creak.

Chainring bolts are another source to check.
