could i choose the wheels

ccurrently have a giant defy bike with recently purchased harry rowland hand built wheels, they are 36 spoke, where i work NHS have joined cycle 2 work scheme, im wondering would i be able to request 36 spoke on the bike i buy in this scheme???? cheers

I have always been able to do anything within the budget of the voucher. Normally you cannot go over and add, so need to be quite cunning as to how you spec and what accessories you get
