My mum always tells a tale how I use to come home with a cat under my arms saying I had found a stray and could we keep it .

Well I did the same again last night whilst we were away in Blackpool .

Just got to and work out if the Cougar is a Terry Dolan or Paul Donahue built one .

Fitted with a rather nice Cinelli " Frog stem "

I was told it was a mid 90's frame that was lightly used and then retired to a loft where it recently came out of and was fitted up some modern Campagnola running gear .

I can remember them being highly regarded frames in the nineties.

She was there as i decided between the Cougar and a nice Carrera Podium he also had for sale it was a tough decision

Had an hour in the garage this morning fitting some new Vittoria open Corsa tyre's and some general fettling finished off with a mile road test .

Took this one out this morning for it's longest ride under my ownership only 20 miles but they were very nice ones .

Bike is like my Vitus in that it just want's to go fast it's not a plodder by no means
