Hmm...2-2 on the sensible versus silly answers scoresheet. Good to see balance.
The Chris Froome thing was a bit embarrassing. It's amazing how much of the stuff you can get up your nose, and how mucky it is when it comes out. When I was a lad, we didn't do warm ups, just started slower, like they used to do in Italy, and I can tell you......(cont'd P.94)

A couple of drops of Olbas oil on the cotton wool open up the airways and allow more air to be breathed in through the nose. It is understandable how Froome forgot to remove his, though, as you can still breath through the wool - especially if you haven't used too much - after all it's the Olbas that's important not the wool. You would have thought Sky would have a procedure for this though wouldn't you?

3-2

Or perhaps 3.5 - 2.5, since oldroadman's otherwise sensible post became slightly silly in the last sentence? (And not counting this post, of course!)

 I'm given to a bit of silliness now and again... nothing wrong with a laugh - and a quote from Private Eye.^_^
