And would highly recommend it! Good signage, good route away from main roads for 95+%

Turnout was something like 650 riders despite the appalling weather. Foul wind and rain!

Really good withs oem hills and more elevation than I think I have ever done in a day.

Problem is my knees and just behind them are now killing me; real discomfort.

WOuld this just be saddle height (which hadnt been accurately marked on the tibe - doh!)

I did that yesterday too, not so great on the hills, especially Withington Hill, but I flew along the middle 40km! Was glad to get home and have a shower after though..
