IMO if you sign up to this you get very little back for giving a lot of personal data away. It won’t for example tell if you have Covid19 but are asymptomatic. It could therefore lead to a false sense of security and perhaps you’ll infect your nearest and dearest

With good reason. That's a massive overreach in the permissions it requires. You can give up any hope of any privacy anywhere that your phone is or knows about. You might as well just post them your phone and unlock code.
