copying from Excel

I usually copy and paste a column from my spreadsheet to put in to the FNRttC threads. The new Whitstable thread shows the column not as text, but as a picture. Can I, by devious means, revert to the old-fashioned thing and simply paste in the text.

Copy the excel text into notepad, notepad to forum.

Odd, I pasted something from a google drive spreadsheet after the changeover and it appeared in the old style list format. I didn't have use notepad as a stepping stone.

Hmmm ... seems to post it as text (as expected).

What version of Excel are you using Simon?
