I go there lot's and thos ejerseys are very cool..however I haven't seen the 'one' I want yet...not that I even know what that is....I prefer those that are easoer for drivers to see me in as well.

If you like the designs, cyclenic, sign up to the newsletter - I won their monthly draw, and got a handsome Lion of Flanders jersey out of it...

You'll get advance notice of their sales too (got my Bones jacket with £30 off in the last one).

they look shoot hot on the site but everyone I've seen in real life has put me off, I suspect they've chosen to cater for the slightly flabby casual rider

! Not so Tynan - the "L" fits my slender frame rather nicely, although it's dreadfully immodest of me to boast so.

I would love to buy the bones jacket and the A-Z London shirt. How do the sizes actually come up. I am a UK size 8.

then I've only see tubby uncoll riders in them then

even the people in the pics on their websites don;t look that good in them to my eye, style over substance I can't help thinking

..what I cant understand is why pay to advertize? Surely they should pay us to wear their logos? I'd rather have a cycle shirt free of ads.

I was tempted by some of those 'rock' jerseys...the Dark side of the moon i scool because of the album but th edark design is all but invisable on the road. There was an AC/DC yellow and black shirt that was visable that would be the nearest I'd get to buying one, but although they are a great live act I can think of way better bands I'd rather 'wear'.

I'm a 14 and the women's Bones jacket in that size is quite generous - I could probably wear a smaller size. I think the intention with the jacket is that you can wear a mid-layer in cold conditions but, honestly, I'd have to be in Alaska or Siberia as I find the jackets extremely warm and only wear the thinnest of short-sleeve base layers.

Presumably you have taken all the manufacturers stickers off your bike, three stripes off your trainers, or (if you shop where I do) removed the Blue Harbour badge ;). Branding is all around us and some we love and some we hate. Personally, there are many "normal" brands I would not want to prominently wear, but I LOVE Marmite.

I have also found the quality of the shirts to be good even if I am an in between size.

I hate Marmite but I like the effect the jersey has on other people. Kids shout out approving comments, old ladies smile and old gents take the opportunity to strike up a conversation, Italian racing cyclists ask what 'hate jams' means ;)
