I have a set of flat handle bars and also the brake/gear trigger shifters, which you are welcome to if you will cover the postage. These came off my CB when I converted the other way. They are 8 speed and compatible with the remainder of your gear - you'll probably need (or would be wise to use) new brake and gear cables too.
