Yay, finally managed to get up the hill home without stopping, it's not a very steep hill, only 10% at it's steepest but is a great achievement for me, and shows that my fitness is building.

On a seperate note, i have a constant clicking in my knee, and after todays ride it has been a bit painful/aching, should i see a doc or just stick with the ibuleve/deepheat.

Cheers

Nickp,
Congratulations conquering your hill.
I had always promised myself I'd get up Whickham Bank without stopping before I die.... thankfully I did, and I haven't. ;)
Not sure what's best for your knee- maybe a couple of days rest, then try a short ride to test?

Just take a look at your positioning nick, it may just need some minor tweaking with your setup to relieve that old knee!

Riding position was my first thought, and i know i have my saddle to low, i'll raise it to the reconmended height and see if it helps.
