Everyone's sceptical until they try it. I get about a day less ache after long (over 1h) runs. Ditto from upper boy after a long swim if I wear the compression top.
in stopping muscles bouncing around and using energy to return to their normal state eg in running the flex of the muscle between contractions, therefore use considerable less energy. I have run with cycling legs on and the difference in the quads when running in normal shorts was noticeable and that was years before thsi technology arrived wish i had persued it now
