Completed my 1st Century

Completed my 1st century yesterday, the pain on the Plain sportive from Tidworth Wiltshire, took 6 hours 32 mins, an hour quicker than the time I set myself so well chuffed and 40 miles longer than my previous best which was last year, only problem being is I now feel like I been on a hot date with George Michael!!!

Was a great feeling when I finished, signed up for the Etape Cymru in October now, feel that one is going to be a lot harder with the hills.

Went out yesterday for a quick 15 miles to loosen/stretch myself off and feel great today, alot better than I thought I would be, happy days!!!

Im all signed up for the Etape Cymru in October, may take your advice on the rubber ring after that one Fran, Im all good now though
