Company Pool Bikes

There has been talk of our company having a couple of pool bikes - but it looks like it is very quickly going to get bogged down in Health and Safety and Insurance issues. I've seen the TFL doc on the subject - but has anyone out there done it, who did they insure with, did people immediately start having cycling accidents (seems to be the major issue in the eyes of non cyclinst ), did users have to produce their cycling proficiency badges - not sure where mine is etc.etc.

Any pointers welcome!
