Hi - I was wondering if anyone can give me any advice.

I'm looking to buy a new bike as was given a specialised sirrus about a year ago but the frame is too small, so planning on selling that and buying a new one.

I would like a simplistic bike - a little like the single gear ones - but would like it to have just a few gears (3 or 4) and I don't want racing handle bars.
Looking to spend in the region of £600. Would like it to look stylish.

Does anyone have any bright ideas?

Tried a few shops but haven't been able to find anything appropriate.

thanks for the help - problem is those are both single speed... I live in a hilly area so would like some gears, although only 3-4 gears are necessary.

Any tips?

Sorry I mis read, when you said like single speed I though you meant an actual single speed. Is there an Edinburgh Co Op near you, I think their Revolution bike Suit your need, their Courier has a single chain ring at the front and a hub gears.

No, there is an 'over the top' version of each one which is 3 speed hub gear.

How about this? Interesting setup - but a bit of a mongrel and a bit too mountain-bikey if you like the look of single-speeds. The retail for £600.
