Coloured tyres

I wanted to add a splash of colour to my, frankly, dull black road bike.
The tyres need replacing, as does the bar tape.

All of the coloured tyres I can find are only available in 700x23
I want at least 25 if not a 28 tyre.

Can anyone help?

Don't think anyone make bigger tyres in colour unfortunately. My 25mm Michelin pro4 endurance have a grey stripe, so a bit better than pure black. But not sure you can get them anymore

Get the frame resprayed then you have your pick of black tyres

27, that's an unusal size.

I fancy blue. Have ordered some blue bar tape, which will do for now.

vittoria's come in various widths and have a central stripe of colour iirc.

Colored ones only in 23, unless you want tan (corsa sc) or green (pave).

Too late, but I'll bear them in mind next time I need new tyres.

I think they are the replacement for the Vredestein Fortezza Tricomp which I have on two bikes and have been good tyres.

Vickster, did you find the Pro 4's really large? I had to remove them from my bike due to not enough clearance! Shame, otherwise seem like a great tyre!

No they are on my genesis with full mudguards. They did rub on the crud race guards on a previous bike but I blame the flimsy plastic cruds

Do you still have them and are they in decent nick? No longer available and mine have done 1500 miles already
