Hmm.
Deffo not original paint as the stickers are on top of the paint/laquer ! Lugs look correct as does the 'dots' on the inside of the fork crown. Potentially I'd say 70's frame. Seat Post clamp lug looks a bit cheap unless it's an old model. You may have better luck if you can find the serial number.

Looks kosher to me. If it's not somebody has gone to an awful lot of trouble to make a doppleganger. Always possible I guess. Lugs look right. This one is late seventies I think.
