I have poor circulation to my feet and use heated insoles when out on the bike in winter. The power pack is very well designed (see photo) and fastens round each ankle. They are a bit old school with removable rechargeable batteries and a 1.35mm socket and I was thinking of getting an new battery pack but unfortunately all new power banks come with USB outlets which is incompatible with the 1.35mm plug of the insoles. Anyone found a power bank with a 1.35mm socket? I know I can replace the whole system but I’m reluctant to do so.

I have found the best solution to cold feet is to keep the core warm. This means the body doesn't reduce blood flow to the extremities which is why, I believe, we get cold feet.
