Hi everyone, I'm about to order my new road bike having finally taken the plunge and left hybrids behind.
I'm after some opinions or reviews good or bad on clipless road pedals. I currently use shimano spd's but fancy some nice light sleek road ones (and new shoes) My first look around points at shimano 105's as a budget starter choice.

Id especially like to here from people about other makes campagnolo look etc.

Thanks Mow

they're the best single sided ones.
also consider speedplay zero, they're double sided.
look - have heard bad things about them.
campag - not sure

I have Shimano 105 SPD-SL's and i like them. They are my good pedals, and they are easier to get into then SPD's i think, because when you push off the pedals flatten out and you can clip in easy. If you miss that then they are still easy to clip into.
The 105 SPD-SL's look different to the ones you have in that picture, these are the ones i have.

I had Look Keos before these, and i broke two sets. A little tab came out on the axle the springs are on, which ment you couldnt stay clipped in. Not nice when your a distance from home.
SPD-SL is what i like, but im using SPD now and i dont mind them, just think clipping into them sometimes isnt as easy as SPD-SL.
