Clip on handle bar accessory mount?

Well it's that time of year again when I start to adorn my commuter bike with lights. Some of the lights clip on, some are held on with rubber o-rings & batteries with velcro. As I need to remove these items when leaving the bike outside work I'm trying to make this as slick as possible. I have a quick release accessory bar. But lining that up for the front lights is a bit hit or miss. What I'm after is a clip on accessory mount. It would be quick to remove & also relocate accurately. Does anyone know of any in existence? If there's nothing around I'm determined to make something work out of all my spare light mounts.

To avoid your problem I use "standard" torches (they are very bright) and this :

Works for me, but probably not what you are after if you already have systems with separate batteries.

Thanks Koga, not quite what I was after. But still useful information. If I can't find a specific product then I will improvise. So all options useful.

If you are stuck, you could use some 20mm conduit (something like this : http://www.neweysonline.co.uk/newlec-pvc-conduit-heavy-gauge-20mm-x-3m-white/1000017753/ProductInformation.raction), cut to size, two of the above brackets to clip all on bike. In this way you can mount all kit on the pipe and take it of by undoing two brackets. As this is all plastic rubber, aligning should be easy enough.

I get them on Ebay. I have no particular preference, whoever I buy them from they are always the same and pretty good quality.
