cleat bolts

might be time to grease the cleat bolts. i greased mine 3 months ago and just checked and the rust is setting in, must have been all the rain i suppose.
saves destroying them if they do rust in.

mine haven't ever rusted. what make are they? shimano?

yes.just getting some surface rust on the threads, or at least the one i put on the floor when i stop is.

ah. ask an LBS if they've got one lying around in the odds 'n' sods box, and grease the thread before you put it in.
How do you know it's got surface rust on the threads since you can't generally see the threads - do you regularly take your cleats off, or did you just happen to?
