Cleaning disk brake

Can I use normal degreaser on the disk, or does it have to be "for brake disks" ?

You can use normal soapy (not oily like paraffin) degreaser on a disc when you wash your bike but this will not solve specific brake problems. What's the issue with your brakes?

They squeal badly since I bleed them. Hopefully a clean of pads and disc will cure it.

I thought as much. Give it a try but I doubt that will solve the problem. The discs have to be mechanically cleaned and the pads replaced, in most cases. Try it but if you don't come right, I'll run you through the steps to sort out those discs.
