Claud Butler Roubaix

Continued my search for a roadbike today and stumbled across a Claud Butler Roubaix 2007 model in one of the shops..2007 model, marked at £150.
6 months old, looks in pretty good nick and comes with a cateye computer.

Just wanted some input, if anybody has owned, or knows someone that has owned one of these. Whether I should snap it up, haggle, walk away completely etc!

If it's the right size then it looks like a great buy. Even if you don't like it you can probably get your money back selling it second-hand.

Yep, that's the one
It's a 59cm frame..thought it was going to be far too big. Guy adjusted the seat down low and it's just right.
Curiously he didn't put it all the way down..is this because the seat should be higher than the handlebars?
It also had some kinda cool mudguards fitted, which I guess is a bonus.
I'll go back and see if it's still there tomorrow, if so I may well take it
