For anyone interested, Chuffy's write up of his experience of the Tour of Flanders is online - I might be biased, but it made me laugh and it almost made me wish I'd gone too, though I don't think my backside would have been quite as happy

What a great read ! And i never knew that brakes are the wrong way round on the continent .

From the write up and the photo....sounds like Chuffy was literally within 10 metres of us on the Muur watching the pro race!! I have a photo of cancellara about 3 metres up the road from that very spot I'm sure of it

Does he remember a group of people in grey hoodies by any chance?...we would have been just up the hill.

Crazy how close we were then! Glad to see he had a cracking time. This sportive is definately a "must do"
