I got to taste a really amazing alcoholic drink in Tesco the other Christmas, but forgot to write down what it was called. It tasted of oranges. Any ideas?

I think if you put some Galliano in it you can call it a Harvey Wallbanger.

Otherwise it's just voddy and orange.

When I look at the rows of liquers in the supermarket, I am struck by the fact that I couldn't tell you what 99% of them taste like or what they can be mixed with.

Need them to do some more tastings. It's the only chance I'll ever get to find out!

IMHO liqueurs are something that should be bought in a weak moment on holiday and then confined to the back of a drinks cupboard until the world runs out of proper drinks.

Or at Xmas time you could invite your mates round (bringing with them their neglected old bottles) and you could have a really inexpensive party. All you would have to buy is the mixers to make things like Limoncello , Jaegermeister , etc potable
