Discovering my fancy carbon frame won't fit on the turbo (not enough flat space round the right hand skewer end, it's dug into the carbon a bit) has given extra impetus to my plan to get a reasonable commuting/winter frame.
I've a set of Dura Ace 7800 and a variety of other bits to build it up. Until now I've been using a Carrera Virtuoso, but I've not used it since last winter and it is a bit long in the tooth.

Budget is £200 to £300

Fancy the look of a Dolan Prefissio but is it worth the extra over a Surosa or Ribble winter/audax frame?

Kinesis Racelight T2? I've got a Racelight T and it's very comfy and well put together.

I'll second the Kinesis T1 or T2. They're incredibly popular in my club. I also know a couple of guys with Surosas who seem to like them but I've not spoken to them enough to get a full review.

I've got a Ribble which works fine, the Ribble frames are based on a Dolan design (personally, as an ex employee I'd never shop at Ribble again but that doesn't affect the products they sell).

Another vote for the Kinesis here, quality frame.

That link above is a good price as well, I've seen them go for just over a hundred secondhand!
