I have entered the Gran Fondo, starting to get a bit worried now as longest previous ride was last years Ride 100 of which I completed in 5 and a half hours. Training wise I have not really done anymore than I done for the Ride which is 2 x 20-30 mile rides per week.
Should I be worried?

Me and @jayonabike done this last year with a mate of mine. If you like hills then you'll like it. I ride round parts of it most weekends but still found it to be one of the hardiest rides I've done. Good luck just take your time :hyper:

First half of it is fairly regular territory for me it is the last 70 miles that worries me as I thought hills did not come much worse than Bison Hill :cursing:
