a bit higher-end than the Peugeot and BSA but this 49cm Eddie McGrath (of Manchester) is very nice -£150 start (in Sheffield). Same seller (not me!) has this equally small Atom too but the Eddie would get my vote.

Both lovely, but both much too big...

The Claude Butler is really very nice, but I just wish people would give the actual frame size. I rather suspect it's a 16 or 17 inch, which I can't quite straddle.

I'm only sort of looking, to be fair... Not quite sure how well an N+1 would go down right now, having only recently acquired an N+1

What size frame do you normally ride ?

38cm (Wiggins Rouen 650c) - that's 15 inches in old money, but it's a compact frameset.

The problem with the older bikes is always the horizontal top bar.
