Not *cheap* cheap but I picked up a Saris M2 from that shop that also sells car parts for £200 in January. At the time they were claiming it was reduced from £400-odd but it’s been that price for so long they just list it at £199 now.
It’s Smart (measures power cadence and speed) but you can also just set a power level and use it as a ‘dumb’ trainer. The ‘smartness’ opens up lots of options for what you can do with it. It all seems very robust so should last a decent amount of time so if the entry price isn’t an obstacle I think it’s very good value.
