Cheap Saddle Recommendations

Recently the saddle on my Claud Butler Urban fell apart,
it had however been very comfortable, I think it was made by Compton.

I have replaced it with a WTB saddle from an older Claud Butler but find
it very uncomfortable after about half an hour of riding, I have persevered
with it but to no avail, it is quite bulbous at the front whereas the Compton
was much more tapered.

Anyway I have looked online and can't believe how much a new saddle is.

So does anyone have any recommendations for a good comfortable saddle
at a reasonable price (less than £30 would be nice). Obviously much depends
on personal choice and the shape of ones butt. Any thoughts appreciated:smile:

Comfy saddles are a very personal thing but Charge Spoon always get a good write up, suit a great many people and hit your price point quite nicely

Maybe there should be a sticky at the top of the forum here that says 'Want a cheap saddle? Most will recommend a Charge Spoon'...these threads seem to pop up every other day!

Damn straight though, charge spoon is a low-risk option.

Charge Spoons seem to get more recommendations than any other saddle. I find mine very comfy.
