Cheap rear wheel / wheelset required

I'm putting a new set of wheels together for the snowy weather ahead*, tyres and cassette are sorted thanks to SPA cycles (Marathon Winters, Shimano 8sp HG51 11-32) and I'm taking the opportunity to change skewers to hex key locking.

What I'm need of is a 32 spoke rear wheel, I've got a spare front so unless its a great wheelset deal I just need a rear.

32 spoke, strength more important than weight, clincher. No preference on colour or brand.

Any recommendations?

Decathlon rear wheels are 29.99 They are a tad heavy at just over a kilo. I had some a few years ago and spoke tension wasn't great, but definitely rugged.

Ah Decthalon, forgot about them Perfect for what I need thanks.

Although I might be going a different way now as a friend pointed out issues may be experienced if I change cassette but not chain/front ring?
