Cheap bike computer needed

Im after a cheap cycle computer from halfords, something like this.
Does anybody know if these halfords computers are mountable on the stem or just the handlebars?
I asked an assistant in the bike hut and all he could tell me was "ahhhhh.... maybe, u could use cable ties or something... i suppose.... maybe, u could play around with it. i dunno"
So i thought id ask smarter people.

that will be a bar mount only job. Some other bike computers mount on the stem, but at that price its just a the basics that are covered
