Went to the local charity shop at the weekend and one of them had a Nordic Track Skierg. A mix of metal, vinyl and wood it is basically a kind of wooden skis you move forward and backwards in the wooden frame while you pull on handles attached to rope to the mechanism. All with a speedo screen.
Not really my thing but at £60 in a decent, clean looking piece of equipment, is it likely to be any good if it is your thing? I think it is too different for most fitness types. A bike or treadmill might go for £60 or more likely the owner sells on some marketplace for earing themselves some money back but skiergs are not likely to sell as much I think.
Anyway if you are in the south Cumbria / north Lancashire area and might want it then check out the Bay rescue shop in Milnthorpe.
