I am currently organising a bike ride for the charity Action For Children. It is going to be on Saturday 1st October. It is going to be at Rhyl Events Arena, Rhyl, North Wales.
I was wondering if anyone knew any organisations which could help out? I already have Green Watch on board and am going to try to get the local police involved as well.
The people who I need to contact are: local radio station, local paper, local ambulance service, local mayors office. I also have been given the task of arranging insurance negotiations with the council as the charities insurance wont cover me as I do not work directly for the charity.
Any suggestions about how to go about this better or anyone else who might be worth contacting?
