Well, bought one of these a couple of weeks back for the fixed, after a colleague recommended the Spoon (he's got 2)....
Didn't get on with the Selle XO - too 'rounded' causing pressure on 'soft bits', especially on a fixed where you are sat down spinning....
The Knife is the 'trimmed down' Spoon - just 210 grams, achieved with Ti rails and a lighter but more flexible base, and less padding.
The front section is nice and flat - no pressure points, no cut out, but the rear section has a channel. Looks identical to a Spoon....
It's very comfy for such a light saddle, and at £40 list, UK company, absolute bargain. I managed to get it via Wiggle for about £33 in the end (used the spend £50 get £5 off - just finished now though).
Get one.............
