Chain rubbing

I've got my chain rubbing on my front mech.

Any ideas? It's a pain and is slowing me down!

Help! I want to ride this afternoon so any quick ideas will be great!

In which combinations of chainring and rear sprocket does the rubbing occur?

On which side of the mech is it rubbing?

What groupset is it?

I think I've fixed it!

It's a STI 2300 groupset
